We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from emBOTTLEment. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand the terms under which returns and refunds may be processed.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us at support@embottlement.com within 30 days of receiving your product to initiate a return.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at support@embottlement.com with details and images of the defect or damage.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be non-returnable, including items marked as final sale. We will notify you if this applies to your purchase.

 

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
