These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the emBOTTLEment website (the "Site") and your purchase of products through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

The Site is operated by emBOTTLEment LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your agreement to the modified Terms.

The emBOTTLEment baby bottle holder is designed to assist with feeding babies. It is not a toy and must be used under adult supervision at all times. Misuse of the product, such as using it as a toy, can result in harm. By purchasing and using this product, you agree to use it responsibly and as intended.

2. Purchasing Products

When you place an order on the Site, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete.

  • You have the legal right to use any payment method provided for the purchase.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. We will honor the price at the time of your purchase, but we are not responsible for pricing errors.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

  • We aim to process and ship orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or other factors beyond our control.

  • Risk of Loss: All products purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
